Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Mediation is the future. We encourage all prospective clients to resolve disputes out of court. Our staff is largely composed of certified mediators with hundreds of hours of experience. We mediate all manner of subject matters in just about every setting you might imagine. We offer full-service ADR to resolve any matter including employment, housing, real estate, business, personal injury, and probate. We will contact opposing parties on your behalf. If mediation is refused, you have options. We can refer you to another ADR specialist or we can discuss representation.

NON-ATTORNEY MEDIATORS

JCLG promotes non-attorney mediators. Our philosophy is that current and former attorneys are advocates at their very core. As you will find, many advocates gravitate toward choosing a side– especially if the mediator has a specialty in a specific area of law. Moreover, attorney mediators often do not forge fair resolutions. One side inevitably loses. Thus, your dispute is never actually resolved. You still face the risk of subsequent litigation. Our non-attorney mediators are true third-party neutrals. They are blank slates committed to learning the nuances of the dispute for the purposes of creating a fair resolution.
